Banana muffins

A healthier alternative to regular banana muffins - the perfect treat for kid's parties.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Place metal muffin tins on a baking sheet.

Melt the butter and allow it to cool slightly. Mash the bananas using a fork or blender and add in the milk. Beat the Sukrin and eggs until light and airy.

Mix the wheat flour, FiberFin, baking powder and vanilla sugar together, then sift the mixture carefully into the egg mixture, alternating with the melted butter and bananas/milk mixture.

Fill the muffin tins using two tablespoons and bake the banana muffins on the middle rack for approx. 25 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with SukrinMelis.
