Heat the syrup in the microwave on full power for 20 seconds (or in a saucepan until the syrup starts bubbling).
Add peanut butter and the dry ingredients and knead everything together to a thick dough. Roll into round bites or shape as bars (wet your hands slightly while working with the base for the protein bites).
Chill in the fridge for approx. 10 minutes. Store the peanut protein bites in the refrigerator or at room temperature.
