Beat butter, Sukrin Gold, and Sukrin+ in a stand mixer (the mixture won’t turn completely white due to the Sukrin Gold). Use a paddle attachment if you have one, or a balloon whisk, which will get the job done, too.
Add the syrup and the egg yolk, beat at a lower speed, and add in all the dry ingredients last. Leave the dough to rest in plastic foil on your kitchen counter for 30 minutes, if possible.
Split the dough in two and roll into sausages. Press the sausages flat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Wash with egg white and sprinkle almonds and Sukrin on top.
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approx. 10 minutes until the sausages are golden brown. Cut into sticks, cutting diagonally, immediately after baking, and cool on a baking rack. The brown sticks are soft post-baking but will turn crispy once cooled.
