Joyful mouthfuls with a delicious combination of peanuts and chocolate

Instructions

Place the Sukrin Syrup and Sukrin Gold in a saucepan and heat until bubbling. Add peanut flour (or ground peanuts and coconut flour) and salt, and mix together. It should form a fairly firm mass.

Form into balls and place them in the freezer for approximately 20 minutes while you melt the chocolate in the microwave or over a double boiler. Dip each ball in the melted chocolate and sprinkle over the chopped peanuts.

Place the finished balls in a cool place until the chocolate sets.
