Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the dry ingredients thoroughly before stirring in the egg whites. Roll small balls out of the dough and place them onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Push the balls out to flat crackers (be sure to wet your fingers slightly when doing this).
Bake the salty almond and sesame crackers for approximately 20 minutes. Depending on their size, they may need slightly more or less time in the oven. Pay attention so you don’t burn the crackers.
Serve with cheese and fresh fruit at your next cheese and crackers party.
