Amazing taste and consistency - and these chocolate protein bars are unbelievably easy to make!

Heat the syrup in the microwave on full power for 20 seconds (or in a saucepan), until the syrup starts bubbling and reaches a runny, liquid consistency.

Add the protein powder, cocoa powder, and SukrinMelis, and mix well to a solid dough. Knead the dough with wet hands and shape into protein bars (use the back of two wet spoons if the dough is too sticky to handle with your hands).

Allow the finished bars to set in the fridge for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
