Cream layer cake from Baking mix

Use Sukrin Baking mix as a base when making sponge cake.

Instructions

Mix the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Bake in the middle of the oven at 175°C for about 30–35 minutes.

Cut the cake into two layers. Fill with jam, whipped cream, or custard, and decorate with whipped cream on top.

Tip: If you want to make a marzipan cake, use Sukrin Marzipan as a topping.


The nutritional information is calculated using the cake base + 300 ml double cream + 30 g raspberries, 30 g blueberries, and 30 g strawberries.
