Blend everything in a blender and serve immediately.
The sorbet can also be stored in the freezer. If you do this, take it out of the freezer for 15-20 minutes before serving to achieve a soft and pleasant consistency.
If you use fresh berries, the sorbet will need to freeze in an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes. If you do not have an ice cream maker, place the sorbet in the freezer for about 2 hours, stirring well in between to avoid ice crystals.
Feel free to add your favourite berries on top.
