Instructions
Refrigerate a can of full-fat coconut milk until the fat-rich mass forms on top. Pour out the liquid. Mix 225 g of this mass with the remaining ingredients. Whisk well until the batter is smooth.
Bake for 30 minutes at 175 degrees in a 22-cm cake tin. Set aside to cool.
Combine the icing ingredients and spread on top of the cooled cake.
