This waffle batter can be mixed using a hand or stand mixer.
Melt the butter using a saucepan or in the microwave. Mix the flour, FiberFin, and milk together, then add the eggs and mix again. Finally, add the melted butter/oil, Sukrin Gold, cardamom, and baking powder. Mix the waffle batter until smooth.
Allow the batter to swell for at least 15 minutes. If you don’t want to use it immediately, keep it in the fridge. Fry the waffles in a pre-heated waffle iron until golden and crispy.
Serve immediately with whatever you like: butter, sour cream, sugar-free jam, or Sukrin.
Tip: If the waffle batter turns too thick at the swelling stage, you can use some water or milk to thin it out.
