Coconut cake from Cake mix

Create a lovely coconut cake using Sukrin Cake mix.

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together and whisk to a smooth, even batter.

Bake in the middle of the oven at 175°C for approx. 30 minutes.

Icing suggestion: 130 g butter, 80 g Sukrin Icing, 40 g regular icing sugar, 2 tsp vanilla sugar or vanilla powder, and 1-2 tbsp milk.

Decoration: 100 ml of desiccated coconut. For a colorful touch, mix about 8 drops of food coloring into the desiccated coconut.
