Homemade crispbread

Easy-to-make, thin and crunchy crispbread that's perfect for breakfast and lunch alike.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Mix the ingredients together and leave the mixture to swell for approx. 10 minutes. Using a spatula, spread the dough over three baking sheets lined with baking paper until it’s thin and evenly distributed.

Bake the crispbread in the oven for approx. 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and cut into desired-sized pieces. Bake for another 30 minutes, then cool on a baking rack and enjoy.
