Gluten-free granola

Mix all the dry ingredients together.

Melt the apple juice, Sukrin Syrup, oil, and Sukrin Gold together in a pot. Pour the mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour the granola onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 140 °C for approx. 1 hour.

Leave the granola to cool on the baking sheet after you’ve taken it out of the oven, until hardened. Store in an airtight container for ultimate crunchiness.
