Mix the vanilla seeds, milk, cocoa powder, and fresh chilli in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the chocolate and keep stirring until it’s melted.
Tip: Change things up by flavouring the hot chocolate with things like cinnamon, cognac, or other spices of your choice.
