Instructions
Whisk together the eggs and Finesse. Mix in oat fiber, milk, butter, and baking powder. Gently fold in frozen berries at the end.
Pour the batter into a greased pan (24 cm). Bake in the middle of the oven at 175 °C for about 35 minutes. Allow the cake to cool.
Use a mixer to beat room temperature butter and Finesse together. Then blend in the cream cheese. Spread over the cooled cake, and garnish with berries on top.
