Preheat a glass or mug by filling it with hot water and letting it sit for a few minutes.
Discard the water, then add hot coffee and Sukrin Gold to the glass. Stir until fully dissolved. Pour in the whisky and stir again.
Gently float the desired amount of cream on top of the coffee. Optionally, grate some chocolate over the cream.
