Gluten-free gingerbread

Bake delicious gingerbread without wheat flour or sugar!

Ingredients

100 g Fat-reduced almond flour
80 g FiberFin
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cardamom
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cloves
100 g butter, softened to room temperature
2 tbsp. FiberSirup
100 g Sukrin Gold
2 egg whites

Instructions

Mix almond flour, FiberFin, baking powder and spices in a bowl.

Heat the FiberSirup to a runny consistency and whisk together with the softened butter and Sukrin Gold in a bowl. Add the egg whites and continue whisking.

Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Cool the dough for a while; this is for the almond flour to set.

The dough may be sticky. If so, sprinkle it and your hands with some extra FiberFin when working with the gingerbread dough. Place the figurines on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approx. 8 minutes.
