I tillegg er den gjerne tilsatt un\u00f8dvendige tilsetningsstoffer og fyllstoffer som gj\u00f8r den mer \u00f8konomisk l\u00f8nnsom for produsenten. Hovedproblemet ligger alts\u00e5 ikke i selve prosesseringen, men i det d\u00e5rlige n\u00e6ringsinnholdet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da m\u00e5 det samtidig p\u00e5pekes at det finnes unntak. Enkelte ferdigblandinger, som klassifiseres som ultraprosessert p\u00e5 grunn av bearbeidingen, har et balansert og godt n\u00e6ringsinnhold. Disse produktene best\u00e5r av ingredienser som er naturlig rike p\u00e5 fiber og andre sunne n\u00e6ringsstoffer. Tilsetningsstoffene som brukes er av god kvalitet, og n\u00f8dvendige for \u00e5 sikre holdbarhet og enkel tilberedning.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter v\u00e5r mening b\u00f8r du ikke automatisk stemple all ultraprosessert mat som d\u00e5rlig. Ta en titt p\u00e5 ingredienslisten og n\u00e6ringsinnholdet f\u00f8r du trekker en konklusjon.
