Difosfat&nbsp;n\u00f8ytraliserer bikarbonat og styrer hevingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mineralsalt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Natriumklorid er vanlig bordsalt.
