Homemade blueberry jam

Lots of delicious berries with no added sugar.

Ingredients

2 kg blueberries
½ kg Sukrin icing
60 g powdered pectin

Instructions

Stir the berries, SukrinMelis and powdered pectin together in a large bowl to desired consistency. Transfer to suitable jars or containers and freeze the jam you won't eat within 3-4 days.

Tip: This jam only lasts a few days post-thawing as it doesn't contain any preservatives. Freeze in small portions to avoid any waste. For a more durable jam, boil the blueberries and Sukrin with powdered pectin.
