It\u2019s packed with meals full of the nutrients your body needs, as well as healthy desserts and snacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people enjoy following a meal plan, and this one has been developed by our nutritionist, who holds a Master&#8217;s&nbsp;Degree in Public health nutrition. It\u2019s intended to provide an example of what a balanced diet for an average adult might look like, but it doesn&#8217;t need to be followed strictly. Portion sizes and meals should be adjusted to suit individual preferences, gender, age, physical activity, and other personal needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center
