Conjure up these low-carb treats in a flash - perfect for a healthier summer BBQ!
1 250 g packet of Chia bread mix
300 ml water
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make up the Chia bread mix following the packet instructions. Split the dough into 5 or 6 pieces and shape them into hot dog buns with damp hands.
Transfer the buns to a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Serve with your favourite hot dogs and BBQ toppings.
