1 vanilla pod (seeds)
600 ml milk
½ tsp. fresh red chilli (finely chopped, without seeds)
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2-3 tbsp. Sukrin Gold
100 g Sukrin Dark chocolate (finely chopped)
Mix the vanilla seeds, milk, cocoa powder and fresh chilli in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat.
Stir in the chocolate and keep stirring until it's melted.
Tip: Change things up by flavouring the hot chocolate with things like cinnamon, cognac or other spices of your choice.
