Peanut flour

Peanut flour is a versatile cooking ingredient, and can be used together with or instead of almond and coconut flour. Our Peanut flour contains one quarter of the fat of regular peanuts, which makes it a perfect ingredient for your low-fat cooking and baking. Try making a low-calorie peanut butter by simply mixing the flour with water, salt and a little Sukrin Gold. Our Peanut flour is also a delicious and satisfying ingredient for your protein shakes and home-made protein bars.

Peanuts are rich in nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins. They’re a good source of mono-unsaturated fats, especially oleic acid, which helps to lower ‘bad’ LDL cholesterol, and raise good HDL cholesterol.

Our Peanut flour is an excellent source of antioxidants such as the poly-phenol resveratrol, which protects against heart disease and infections, Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells, and Co-Enzyme Q10, which not only acts as an antioxidant but also helps to generate cellular energy.

Furthermore, Peanut flour is a good source of the B vitamins, especially Niacin B6, which contributes to brain health and blood flow to the brain, and a rich source of the minerals magnesium, iron, copper, potassium, zinc, calcium and selenium.
