Scones with Almond Flour

Try our version of traditional scones, gluten-free, low in carbs, but just as delicious as regular ones.


300 g Almond Flour
60 g Coconut Flour
¼ tsp salt
1 ½ tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Sukrin:1
100 g raisins or sultanas
30 g coconut oil (solid)
2 eggs
60 ml coconut milk
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar


Mix the dry ingredients, except the raisins, together in a bowl. Rub in the solid coconut oil.

Mix the liquid ingredients together, and add to the dry ingredients, along with the raisins, to form a soft dough.

Cut out with a pastry cutter, then bake at 180 Celsius/350 Fahrenheit for 25-30 mins.

Dust with SukrinMelis to serve.
