Low-fat peanut butter with Peanut flour

This peanut butter has 1/10th of the fat of regular peanut butter, whilst retaining all of the protein and delicious flavour.


30 g Peanut Flour
40 ml Almond milk or water
1-2 tsps (or to taste) Sukrin Gold


Combine all the ingrediens until you have a smooth paste. This is a perfect, healthier spread!

This recipe makes approximately 4 portions. Whatever you don't use can be kept in the fridge for 3-4 days, although the peanut butter is best when made fresh.
