By adding cheese and walnuts, you can transform our Fibre bread into something decadent and yummy. Served with sliced cheese and chutney it's a truly satisfying low-carb treat.
1 250 g packet of Fibre bread mix
300 ml water
150 g coarsely grated cheese (Cheddar or similar)
50 g chopped walnuts
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius/350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the Fibre bread mix, nuts and cheese together. Add the water and leave to thicken for 3 minutes.
Shape the dough with damp hands and place onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at the bottom rack for approximately 70 minutes. Cool the cheese and walnut bread before slicing and serving.
