Banana bread with Almond Flour

Enjoy this protein packed bread as a tasty start to your day, or take a slice to work or school for a filling and healthy snack.


180 g Almond Flour
60 ml coconut oil (melted and cooled)
135 g Sukrin Gold
3 medium bananas, mashed
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Walnuts, chopped chocolate (optional)


Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius/340 Fahrenheit.

Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ingredients. Fold in optional ingredients. Transfer to a greased medium loaf pan.

Bake for 55 mins until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool completely before slicing.
