Almond bread with Almond Flour

This lovely almond bread is easy to make, and equally delicious with sweet or savoury toppings.


240 g Almond Flour
2 tbsp Sukrin Gold
1 tbsp baking powder
5 eggs, whisked
120 ml coconut milk
80 ml olive oil
coconut oil, to grease a loaf pan


Mix the dry ingredients together until thoroughly combined, and whisk the coconut, olive oil and eggs. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry mix.

Spoon into a greased bread tin and bake at 170 Celsius/325 Fahrenheit for 45 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.

Cool completely before serving.
