Peanut flour

Peanut flour is a versatile cooking ingredient, and can be used together with or instead of almond and coconut flour. Peanut flour has one quarter of the fat of regular peanuts, which makes it a perfect ingredient for your low fat cooking and baking. Try making a low-calorie peanut butter by simply mixing with water, salt and a little Sukrin Gold. Our Peanut flour is also a delicious and satisfying ingredient for your protein shake and home-made protein bars.

Peanuts are rich in nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins. They are a good source of mono-unsaturated fats, especially oleic acid, which helps to lower ´bad´LDL cholesterol, and raise good HDL cholesterol.

Our Peanut flour is an excellent source of antioxidants such as the poly-phenol reservratrol, which protects against heart disease and infections, Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that protects cells, and Co-Enzyme Q10, which not only acts as an anti-oxidant but also helps to generate cellular energy.

Peanut flour is also a good source of the B vitamins, especially Niacin B6, which contributes to brain health and blood flow to the brain, and a rich source of the minerals magnesium, iron, copper, potassium, zinc, calcium and selenium.
