Almond flour is good for you

Our almond flour contains the same healthy fatty acids as almonds, but in smaller quantities. Cold-pressing removes more than 80% of the fat in our almond flour, making it more suitable as flour. This also reduces calorie content by 53% compared to regular almond flour, whilst improving shelf life. Our almond flour can be stored for one year in its original packaging. Almond flour has a high mineral content, including magnesium, iron, potassium, copper, manganese and zinc. It also has a very high protein content, providing 51 g protein per 100 g.
